Welcome to the This & That Dyad

Liz Annable and Helene Baker are based in Sheffield and London. We have been meeting since 2012, once per month and online for an hour and a half.

We met on a BSc in Reflective Therapeutic Practice in 2012, formed a connection and friendship and have since been on 7 day conferences together in Vienna and Copenhagen.

We are person centred; creative; we agree things organically at beginning of session; we feel open to change and responsive to need.

We warmly welcome visitors, are curious about others and would welcome the chance to visit others.
