His clients are either business people, particularly entrepreneurs or CEOs, or their companies where he provides Management & Leadership training, coaching and supervision (group reflective practice).

Ben Fuchs is an organisational development consultant. His work is mainly focused on leadership development and culture change in the NHS. He is on the faculty of the Centre for Supervision and Team Development, with an interest in supervision in teams and organisations.
Charlotte Sills is a psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer, consultant and a member of faculty at Metanoia Institute and at Ashridge Business School, UK.
Dr. David Owen
David works half time as a holistic family doctor and half time split between being a facilitator, coach, medical educator and small team and organisational consultant.
Joan is a supervisor, psychotherapist and trainer and after a formative seven years as a residential social worker at Richmond Fellowship therapeutic community in 1979, she co-founded CSTD (Centre for Supervision and Team Development).
My main work is in Voice Movement therapy (VMT), an arts therapy that employs the embodied voice as the main modality. My practice is named “ESSENTIAL VOICE”, which caters for one- to- one sessions as well as Workshops and short courses.
