There are now 7 peer supervision groups and seven supervision pairs or dyads who have joined the network. People are also emailing either to be put in touch with a peer supervision group, or how to start a peer supervision group. The tribe is growing!
The idea of a community network has been around sometime, not just in supervision, but in day to day life. Sue Goss, author of Open Tribe http://iwbooks.co.uk/person/sue-goss and Hilary Cottam, author of Radical Help https://www.hilarycottam.com
both write eloquently and practically about the need and the longing for community. Nearer to home Eve Turner has set up Global Supervisors’ Network.
A self-directed day of networking for peer group and dyadic supervision. We will also be taking time to look at the expanding supervision community and to plan future gatherings.
