I have been a qualified counsellor for 8 years. I work in private practice and have 1-1 supervision twice a month. I like to include a variety of methods and theories in my work including breathwork, mindfulness, Integrative Relational Therapy, as well as taking a psychodynamic approach to working with my clients to identify what is preventing them living the life they want.

I am always keen to learn from other professionals and have contact with others in what can otherwise be an isolated way of working.

I am open to being visited and visiting other ISN groups.
