Paul Johnson is a senior leader with experience of working at operational and strategic services within a variety of settings. An accredited Group Analytical Psychotherapist, Registered Nurse (mental health) and a member of the Chartered Institute of personnel & development (MCIPD) he likes to approach his work in a holistic way, looking at whole systems and service dynamics.

Paul completed his nurse training in Essex and then worked within a therapeutic community in London which developed his love of groups. After completing his psychotherapy training, he moved to Norfolk in 2002. Paul has held several key positions since that time, recently strategically leading on Education & Development for an NHS organisation. Currently he provides external facilitation & training to developing organisations.

Paul has had a longstanding interest in organisational development looking at workplace culture and the impact of working with human vulnerability on teams, individuals and organisations. Alongside this Paul is has a keen consideration in working dynamically with intercultural and equality issues.

Paul see’s supervision as a vital component in the delivery of human services and is a champion of reflective based practice.
