Helene Baker has a private practice in NW London and online, working with individuals, couples, adults and young people. Visiting lecturer and external consultant for person-centred therapist trainings.

I love collaborating with friends and colleagues; creative exploration and expression; Autumn walks; Rosie the dog! Recently undertook an arts-based inquiry into therapist’s bodily experiencing when working with trauma. Currently describing myself as white, female, born in the 1960’s, middle-class, able-bodied, cis-gendered, and living in a heterosexual relationship.
