VIP (Vintage Independent Practitioners) Group
Christina Breene, Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot have been meeting for about 10 years. We have all found this group beneficial as it supports our practice at the head, heart and hand level! We meet roughly quarterly in each other’s homes for a day and a half. Good food is an essential part of our time together.
We realise our meetings are based on three elements, work, rest, and play as promoted by a famous advert in the 1960’s – guess which one!. We take inspiration from where we meet – Edinburgh Festival in August, Brighton Festival in May and the London Film and Theatre scene. Our meetings usually involve a sleep-over to see what emerges from our dreams in relation to what we have brought to supervision.
