Stuart Hillston

Stuart is a trained and qualified psychotherapist, counsellor, coach, and trainer. He works with entrepreneurs, leaders and managers globally. His clients are either business people, particularly entrepreneurs or CEOs, or their companies where he provides Management & Leadership training, coaching and supervision (group reflective practice).

Stuart is a supervisor for a broad range of people in the helping professions and for managers & leaders.

He is also trained as a mindfulness teacher, hypnotherapist, and team coach and is a qualified mental health first aider (MHFA).

Stuart has been a software entrepreneur, professional investor, financial advisor and start-up mentor and has worked on three continents in a career spanning over 40 years.

Stuart is a writer, currently completing “Not My Bags! – How we pick up other people’s emotional baggage and how to put it down” and “Toxic Entrepreneurship: How starting a business can be bad for your (mental) health”.
